Xposed Xotics offers 7 (seven) days for returns and exchanges
Xposed Xotics does not issue refunds on change of mind purchases
Xposed Xotics may allow store credits and exchanges for products that customers do not wish to keep
An exchange form will be emailed to you upon request if you wish to return an item to Xposed Xotics. Please complete the form and return with your parcel to: PO Box 288,Surfers Paradise QLD 4217
There are no refunds or exchanges available for sale items
Customers are required to enclose a prepaid postage bag if wanting to have a garment sent back for an exchange
Xposed Xotics highly recommends using postage with available tracking such as express posts or registered post
Xposed Xotics will not be heldl iable for parcels sent by customers that are lost in transit.
1.1. Xposed Xotics takes all measures to ensure that a high quality of goods are available for customers. However, if there is a circumstance where you believe that there may be a fault with a product, or that there is a difference in the appearance compared to the description on the Xposed Xotics website, please contact us immediately at: [email protected] and will endeavor to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
There will be a requirement to return the product to us for further examination, and if we are able to identify fault with the product, the customer will be reimbursed along with any postage fees that may also be applicable in returning the garment. A receipt for the postage cost must be supplied, or no refund will be provided for postage.
